P1F receive LOI from Yunnan Provincial Overseas Investment Company for Hospital in Sri Lanka

P1F have received an official LOI from Yunnan Provincial Overseas Investment Company, or YPOIC, for a new Government Hospital in Sri Lanka as part of a PPP with the Government of Sri Lanka. Details will be progressed after the Chinese New Year, with construction aimed to commence by the end of 2018.

YPOIC are a leading investment company based in Yunnan Province China, with extensive experience building Hospitals in China, amongst other major infrastructure and real estate projects in South-East Asia.
