P1F Submits Bristol Waterfront Bid with Change Real Estate
P1F has formally submitted their Stage 1 bid submission for Waterfront Place alongside local leading development firm 'Change Real Estate'.
The site is a 0.78 acre plot in Bristol's Canon's Marsh area, known as harbourside, and cited as one of the most prime locations as part of Bristol's city-wide regeneration.
"We are very proud to have submitted alongside Change, who have been excellent in providing the local expertise with regards to market dependencies and what is most appropriate for this site. We are looking forward to feedback from the Bristol City Council and Savills who are evaluating proposals" said Naveen after successful bid submission.
