P1F decides not to submit for Chalmer's Granaries Tender

P1F have decided not to submit for the Chalmer's Granaries tender, the land chosen for ANYA, what would have been one of Colombo's largest mixed-development projects in recent years. This decision was not taken lightly, but was on the back of strong investor feedback, where timing and risks associated with the procurement method being too high, and where the overwhelming decision has been to focus on small and more quickly executable projects in Sri Lanka and the UK.
