Biyagama Wellness Village passes Cabinet - onto TEC

Biyagama Wellness has successfully passed through Cabinet and has now entered Technical Evaluation Committee phase where the P1F National PPP (Public-Private Partnership) Healthcare masterplan and local Biyagama PPP proposal will be evaluated for its feasibility and proposed PPP structure. This is good news and upon receiving TEC approval we will need to finalise Cabinet approvals before drafting the PPP contract and project commencement.
